Custom Orders:
Please do not place an order for any expression that is or may be copyrighted or trademarked by a third party. You must obtain permission to use the quotes, phrases and sayings you provide to Wall Written. It is not the responsibility of Wall Written to review and clear all expressions ordered by our customers. You are solely responsible for any infringement of third party rights.
Furthermore, we reserve the rights to use any designs (or variations thereof) you create using our Custom Wall Written Design Tool, either for sale or for demonstration purposes, on our site. (Excepting those phrases which are copyrighted by third parties)
Returns are not available for Custom Wall Written Statements which have been designed using our Design Tool. (Except in cases of product damage or errors on our part.) Please design accordingly. Double (and triple) check for spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors, and measure your space to ensure it will fit. If colors will need to be exact, please order free Color Samples before purchasing your Custom Statements.
Right to Refuse Orders:
Wall Written reserves the right to refuse orders containing anything which Wall Written, at our sole discretion, finds offensive or inconsistent with Wall Written's values.
Payment Methods:
At this time we accept all major Credit cards, and use PayPal to process orders and collect payments. (PayPal is a secure way to pay with all major Credit Cards.) We also accept Gift Cards purchased from wallwritten.com.
Gift Certificates:
Wallwritten Gift Cards are issued subject to our Gift Card Terms of Use.
Verification of Credit:
By placing an order, you consent to Wall Written confirming with a third party that your credit card is valid and can be assessed the net total of your order. You understand that if the validity of your credit card is questioned in any manner, we reserve the right, in our discretion, to refuse to process your order.
Processing Time for Orders:
Domestic orders should arrive within 3-7 business days.
International orders should arrive within 8-14 business days.
Orders paid with E-Check will be processed after the E-Check clears, usually 3-5 buisines days. Shipping will be an additional 3-7 Days (or 8-14 for Canadian Orders) after that. If you need your order to ship quickly, please do not use an E-Check.
Shipping Methods:
We use USPS Priority Shipping service, and offer $5 shipping on all orders to be sent within the United States. For International orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International (for Shipping to Canada only). The shipping price for International orders is $10. All duties, fees, customs and taxes incurred at the Canadian/US border will be the responsibility of the customer. Rush shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. Damage to Walls and Other Application Surfaces:
Please note that Wall Written will not be responsible for any damage to a surface upon which a Wall Written Statement has been applied. Be careful when choosing where to apply your Wall Written Statements.
Return Policy:
Wall Written has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any PreDesigned Wall Written Statement, you may return the unapplied Statement to us within 60 days of placing your order. You may then choose to exchange your Wall Written Statement or receive a refund for your order (less shipping).
Returns are not available for Wall Written Statements which have already been applied. If, however, a letter or two has been damaged during application, we will send the replacement letter(s) at no charge. (If the damage was caused by negligence on your part, we reserve the right to bill you for shipping.)
Returns are not available for Custom Wall Written Statements which have been designed using our Design Tool. (Except in cases of product damage or errors on our part).
To process your return, please email Wall Written Customer Service using this form. Please include the PayPal Transaction ID, the concern you have with your order, and if you would prefer an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). We will then email you further instructions for returning your order.
