Q: How do I order Wall Written Gift Certificates?
A: You can order Gift Certificates on our Gift Certificates page.

Q: In what amounts are Gift Certificates available?
A: We offer Gift Certificates from $5 up to $1000. If another amount is required, please email us using our Contact Us form.

Q: What kinds of delivery options are available?
A: Wall Written offers E Gift Certificates, which are sent via E-mail, and are printable from your recipient's (or your own) computer, or Regular Gift Certificates which are mailed to the recipient.

Q: How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
A: To redeem your Gift Certificate, you must add your desired products to your Shopping Cart. Next, select the orange "Proceed to Checkout" button, and, if you already have a PayPal account, Log In. Once you have done so, your shopping cart contents will be displayed. Input your Gift Certificate Code in the box labeled "Wall Written Gift Certificate", and select "Apply".
If you don't have a PayPal Account, follow the prompts below the "Don't have a PayPal account?" section, clicking on the grey "Continue" button on the lower left side of the screen. Enter your Billing and Shipping information, and click Review Order and Continue. From there, your shopping cart contents will be displayed. Input your Gift Certificate Code in the box labeled "Wall Written gift Certificate", and select "Apply".

Q: What can I purchase with my Gift Certificate?
A: Wall Written Gift Certificates are redeemable for any products on our website, including PreDesigned Statements and Custom Statements. You may not, however, use a Gift Certificate to buy a Gift Certificate.

Q: When do Gift Certificates Expire?
A: Our Gift Certificates NEVER EXPIRE! We do recommend using your Gift Certificate as soon as possible, to protect yourself from loss or theft.
